Rex and Calif stood looking at Cat …shaking their heads while they laughed…….”Go ahead …laugh it up…” a red-faced Cat muttered under her breath.
“Too bad they don’t have something portable you could use to find your way”…Cat thought to herself.
Cat then did what she would do as a child…….she climbed the nearest tree as high as she could get……and looked around.
“This is so funny ….I’m laughing my ass off.” Calif told Rex.
Cat began pelting the guys with cones from the tree.
“Ow..ow…you’re such a meanie” Calif and Rex backed away from the tree…..just then Igor dashed at them …teeth bared…”Ow..ow…Rex started hopping on one foot…”call him off…call him off….” Igor had him by the ankle trying to pull him off balance.
“Who’s laughing now?” Cat snickered.
Just then Rex fell backwards into Calif and they both landed in the dirt with a thud. Igor walked of with a satisfied expression.
Cat slid down the tree and gave a sigh….”we are well and truly lost I’m afraid.”

Amy and Ice went to speak to Trub, not bothering to wait for Angel.
Trub sat by Racthoh’s bed with a worried look on her face.
“Trub? How is he?” said Amy in concern.
“Oh, he’s fine,” she replied..”he will be up and about in no time.”
“Well, you look fine too, Angel healed your bump on the head……so why the worried look?” Ice asked.
“It’s the brit rit bastard I’m worried about.” Trub replied.
“Trub! ..You…you can’t believe he would do this…not Asuir!....he couldn’t have killed Knoll…and Racthoh….there is no way he would do that to Rac…….no way.” Amy looked distraught.
Trub stood and walked to Amy…she placed her hands on Amy’s shoulders and looked her straight in her eyes….”Asuir wouldn’t do that …I know…it’s the sword…that damned sword….I’ve seen what its done to Racthoh…..in the hands of a Ritualist…sensitive to the spirit world……….”
Amy’s eyes widened in fear…
Trub looked back at Racthoh…”Amy….you must get to Asuir…and somehow protect him …..Racthoh and I will follow…”
Angel walked into the tent just then. After checking on Trub and Racthoh…she said..”I’m ready to leave…if you are.”
Amy then told Trub where they were going to go first to look for Asuir…….and the three left for shore to travel to the island of Shing Jea.

Embers floated gently down on the air and landed on Asuir's face, searing the flesh, causing him to jump to his feet quickly brushing at his face to remove the cinders. It was the dead of night, but the gardens where not dark this night. The trees blazed with brilliant dancing flames and the grass was black like charcoal. looking around franticly in astonishment and fear, Asuir caught sound of a loud crack. The burning bridge he was sat under was about to collapse!
"Ugghhff.." Asuir's lungs emptied of air as he made contact with the ground, the blackened grass left soot all over his clothes as he dived out of the way of the collapse.
"The gardens are...on fire?" He couldn’t believe what he was seeing. How could the gardens just burst into flames?
Shielding his face from the heat, his eyes darted around the gardens, looking for a possible exit from the inferno when he thought he heard Amy's voice emanating from the pond. With mixed feelings of concern and terror, he dashed over to the waters and slid on to his side, plunged his arms into the now black, Oil-like waters, and seemed to find something of weight under the surface. Rising to his feet still clinging on to whatever was under the murky waters he lifted with all his might. It was a woman. It was Amy...
"Amy..I don't understand...what’s going on, why where you under the waters...wher.." Asuir's frantic questioning was cut short by his wife’s terrifying words.
"Shelahi Kahne romakkkk, Shelahi Kahne romakkkk, Shelahi Kahne romakkkk". These words, over and over, until it seemed like she wasn’t even talking but still the words came.

"UHHHHHHHHHH". Asuir's lungs filled with air as he awoke. There he stood upon the shore outside the gardens, dead of night, gale force winds beating him around.
"What...where...". Disorientated he, slowly came around, realizing it was just a nightmare. Falling to one knee and using the blade as a crutch and lowering his head out of the wind, he noticed he was brandishing Scars Meadows.
"When, when will you tell me what to do.." He whispered to the blade. Then something quite unexpected happened.
The blade spoke back.
"Asuir...You wish to command an army, You seek to place a kingdom at the feet of your wife...You must seek the Tear of Dwayna...We will need a sacrifice"
"Yes...we must....find...find.." His words trailed off as he noticed a woman walking up the coast. As she got closer the figure became more familiar.
"Amy! ".
"Asuir!".
Throwing the blade to the sand Asuir ran to her at top speed and practically picked her up in an embrace, kissing her as many times as he could between words.
"Asuir, what are you doing! I can't believe you left me like that! You could have been killed!".
"Amy, everything is going to be ok...I..I'm building an army, I'll be a good provider for us Amy, you'll see ..."
"What? Asuir stop this madness... please, they are out looking for you...Kalk is leading a party to find you.. He’s going to kill you!”
"He can try. I am more powerful than....". Asuir's attention switched to Angel and Ice, who walked slowly up behind Amy, he was so excited to see her that he hadn’t noticed them.
Walking slowly backwards he calmly regained his grip around Scar's Meadows, and in a more disdainful tone questioned their presence.
"What are they doing here?".
Angel walked up to Amy's side and put her hand on Asuir's arm.
"Asuir, Let us help you...".
