If you want to know in which server what guild will participate check out the list below. There are 24 US and 24 EU servers for this Beta Event. We would like to thank ThisBuddhistLovesYou for making such a great list.

When Guild Wars 2 launches, you will also have the option to play with your friends on another world with our free “guesting” feature. With guesting, your characters can play on any world where you have friends—with certain restrictions. For instance, you will not be able to participate in WvW while guesting.

Please post in this thread and list any that you want eliminated from the list to help narrow this down. Once we get down to a reasonable number of choices I will put up a poll. However, when the game launches....if the one we chose is full...go to the next on the list. And post here to say which one you are in. Otherwise we may end up scattered across servers.

Ok...if they stick with these servers and if they stay the nationalities that they are in beta, I'm going to eliminate some of them as choices to help narrow this down.

since i didn't participate in the beta, i think i need some clarification.

you can only play with friends from another server if you "guest" on that server? do they have to actively invite you, meaning you can't just pop in and run into people?

ultimately, i guess it doesn't really matter to me as long as i'm with friends. so, i'll leave the choice up to you guys. my only request is to stay away from the reddit and 4chan servers.

I've eliminated the ones that I think won't be primarily English speaking. Ok took off 4chan and reddit to help narrow it down.

I like the Zam folks I've met in EQ2 but it might not be the same people that are in gw2.

However, I think Yak's Bend is going to be so popular that you end up in overflow constantly.

They didn't have guesting available in the beta. However, I am guessing that it is similar to how you guest people to guilds in gw. Someone mentioned that you could have cross-server guilds and chat. I'm not sure how that works but perhaps there will be ways to keep in touch with folks on other servers.
